In March of 2017 the UWCA administration and the trade union committee conducted negotiations on the employees’ salary adjustment rate. According to paragraph 4.4 of the Collective Bargaining Agreement, the salary should have been adjusted to the increase in consumer and service prices in the region with the rate of 0.8. The administration recommended to increase the rate up to 1.0 which was subsequently adopted.
As the result, starting from April of 2017 the salary of employees who work at the Sverdlovsk oblast branches would be increased by 5.32%, and at the autonomous subdivision in Kazan by 3.5%. The difference in increase of salary rate is linked to the difference in inflation rate in each region.
