An Italian pizza cooking workshop took place at the UWCA canteen
On January 29, a true Neapolitan pizza cooking workshop was held by an Italian cuisine chef at the works canteen of the Koltsovo site.
The event was held in order to broaden the dishes range of the works canteen.
Employee of the 8th shop Yulia Abdullaeva, the winner of the works recipe contest, was invited to the workshop together with the hot shop cooks.
The cooks and the contest finalist had an opportunity not only to learn the chef's culinary art, but also to bake three kinds of Italian pizza with their own hands during the workshop.
So, a new dish is soon expected to appear in the dishes range of the canteen – a thin dough Italian pizza.
